What this site collects

The public landing page does not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be retained briefly for security and reliability.

The Affirmations app

The app is designed as a calm daily-affirmations experience. Any data processed on your device stays under your control unless you choose to use optional cloud features where offered. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and object to certain processing. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
